The majority of new hires with Buffett Senior Healthcare® that have the shortest Learning Curve and quickly become among the highest sales producers are those that pass their state examination and are ready to start their initial BSH classroom and field training in two weeks or less. There is no mystery as to why. Obviously, these individuals are highly driven and are exceedingly motivated to secure their position with us. There is no wonder why they surpass their initial learning curve the fastest and make far more sales quicker than those that procrastinate. If hired for a position with us, to secure an exclusive sales territory will require that you have become licensed by a given deadline. This is determined by the remaining available positions in an area, as well as the number of other candidates in line that desire the same exclusive territory. This is further explained in detail if qualified for a 2nd interview with BSH.

BSH associates have available to them a vast portfolio of health, life, and dental insurance for themselves and for the families. Our organization has the highest commission level contracts with several of the best insurance companies in the nation for these types of coverage. Since BSH associates are all licensed, we allow our associates to sell these policies to themselves and/or their families at the same commission rate that BSH is paid as an organization. Thus, this dramatically reduces the overall cost to them taking the full commission and renewals paid to them that BSH is provided less the true cost of the premium for their coverage.

After a associate has been on staff for 90-days, they do have the option of setting up a retirement account through the company that BSH will usually match or match X 2 depending on the benefit option chosen.

In the BSH Exclusive Territory Preset Appointment Division, working only as a full-time base level field producer for 5 years, it is virtually impossible for an individual not to be earning well over $100,000 per year SOLELY in residual income should that person decide to retire from BSH and enjoy the fruits of their hard-earned labor. The most exciting aspect of residual income in our division of BSH is that these residuals can literally continue earning at this level for years after retirement before they begin to slowly decrease as their policyholders reach mortality. We take the residual income benefit of working with Buffett Senior Healthcare® very serious, as it is the core foundation of our short & long term financial security.

The catch is, are you the right person for a position with us? Are we a fit for success together? After all, aren’t we both wondering, “Are you for real?”. See, that is why we have the in-depth interview process we do. It is for our best interest the same as it is for your best interest. We will only hire the right person (assuming they are being honest during their interview process) and, if offered, we trust only the right person would accept a position with us. That is furthermore evident in the requirement we have in place that even if you were offered a position with us, we will not allow you to accept the position for 24 hours. Unlike most, “insurance salesperson interviews”, our interview style is to focus more on the downsides versus the “blue sky” and if you make it that far in the process, then you will know why. You may not like what you hear, but at least you will get the truth (although many seem to have selective hearing!).
