The Buffett Process of Setting Daily Preset Appointments

  • Prospective customer responds via internet with interest in our type of services and/or receives information by mail regarding our type of services

  • Prospective customer is called by BSH’s call center staff and sets up an appointment for you, our sales associate, to see them the next day, providing your first and last name, what products you are providing, what time you will be at their home. Customers are prescreened, and if you meet with them they are qualified to purchase at least one of our products

  • Prospective customer is again called back within 30 minutes by a supervisor for verification. This call is to verify the accuracy of all of the above and confirm their interest in our services, that the prospect still wants to keep their appointment with you, their age, name, health, appointment time, home address (including directions). A BSH supervisor will also re-confirm that the prospect understands who you are, and what you will be providing them at the set appointment

  • Prior to posting your appointment to your personal BSH account, the recordings of both calls will be disseminated to a Quality Assurance Department who will listen to the recorded transcript to ensure the setting and verification calls are of the highest practical quality.

  • Every evening you can log into your account and see your entire day is already fully planned for you to go out, sell your appointments, and make money!
